Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using LLMFinder — as a customer, hoster, or visitor — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What LLMFinder Is

LLMFinder is a routing marketplace that connects customers (API consumers) with hosters (GPU compute providers). LLMFinder facilitates connections and handles billing — it does not own or operate the underlying compute.

3. Hoster Obligations

By registering as a hoster, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have explicit rights to the compute resources you register. This includes physical hardware, cloud instances, or co-located servers where you hold the account.
• You are not proxying commercial APIs. Registering an endpoint that forwards traffic to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cohere, Mistral, or any other commercial API provider is strictly prohibited.
• You are not violating any third-party Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any model weights, cloud infrastructure, or software licenses complies with their respective terms.
• You will not use LLMFinder to launder API access. Any scheme to purchase commercial API credits and resell them through LLMFinder is prohibited.
• Your endpoint serves open-weight or self-owned models only. Examples include Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Qwen, Falcon, and other permissively licensed models.
• You accept financial responsibility for any costs, legal claims, or damages arising from your endpoint's operation.

4. Prohibited Endpoints

The following endpoints are explicitly blocked and may not be registered:

• api.openai.com and any OpenAI-operated domains
• api.anthropic.com and any Anthropic-operated domains
• generativelanguage.googleapis.com (Google AI)
• api.cohere.com, api.mistral.ai, api.together.xyz
• Any domain operated by a commercial LLM provider
• Any endpoint that proxies or aggregates the above

LLMFinder reserves the right to expand this list at any time without notice.

5. Customer Obligations

• Do not use LLMFinder to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the routing infrastructure.
• API keys are non-transferable. Do not share or sell your API key.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed.

6. Privacy & Data

LLMFinder's data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. The key points:

• Prompt and response content is never stored by LLMFinder. Only billing metadata (token counts, timestamps, model used) is retained.
• We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models.
• When traffic is routed to third-party hosters, LLMFinder cannot guarantee those hosters' data practices. Choose hosters accordingly.
• LLMFinder does not engage in advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking.

7. No Warranty

LLMFinder is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, model quality, response accuracy, or hoster availability. Hosters are independent operators — LLMFinder is not responsible for their conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

LLMFinder's liability is limited to the amount of credits in your account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Enforcement

LLMFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time, for any violation of these terms. Hosters found proxying commercial APIs will be reported to the relevant providers.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
